We are not a lender
PrequalPro is not a bank, credit union, mortgage company, or other lender. We do not make loans, set rates, or guarantee that anyone will contact you or approve credit.
Estimates
Calculators and form results are illustrations based on what you enter and on sample assumptions described on the site. They are not a commitment to lend, a preapproval, or a statement of the payment you will actually have.
Your information
You agree that the information you submit is yours to provide and is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit someone else's information.
Contact and sharing
The contact checkbox is your permission for PrequalPro and lending partners to reach you about this request by email, phone, or SMS. The sharing checkbox is your permission to give those partners the information in the request. Both boxes are optional in the sense that the form will not submit until you choose them. You can email support@prequalpro.com to withdraw consent for future contact.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, flood, or misuse the form. We may reject or rate-limit submissions that look automated.
Liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, PrequalPro is not liable for decisions you or a lender make based on an estimate or a checklist.
